Congrats on taking that brave first step! Starting something new can be scary and hard and we want to make it as easy as possible!
Here is how our recommendations for new students:
- Intro to Pole Series: For brand new students to pole.
- Pole Foundations 1: For new students or students that have just completed Intro to Pole series (Beginner). This is a drop-in class
- Intro to Lyra Series: For brand new students to lyra.
- Lyra Skills 1: For students that have just completed Intro to Lyra series (Beginner). This is a drop-in class
- Bar Foundations: This class is geared toward all aerial students looking to strengthen and focus on foundational strength to level up your aerial skills. This is focused for Lyra and Trapeze apparatuses but are translatable to all apparatuses at PF.
- Intro to Static Trapeze: For students brand new to static trapeze.
- Intro to Aerial Sling: For students brand new to aerial sling (hammock)
SO….Where does a new student start???
We recommend you start with our Intro Series. We have intro series for all three of the apparatuses we offer: Pole, Lyra, and Aerial Sling. These four week series is for new students only and builds at a slow and steady pace each week so you can really see progress! The series starts at the beginning of each month with classes meeting once a week for four weeks, same day, same time each week.
Can’t commit to a four week series? Want to test drive a class first? That’s ok! For pole, we have drop in classes that are perfect for new students. We recommend our Pole Foundations 1 class. This class is intended for new students and beginner level students with some experience. Try us out with the our New Client Offer of 3 classes for $50.
Learning something new can be scary and you never know what the studio and instructors will be like. Try out a class at our studio to see what our studio is like, our culture, and our instructors without your feet leaving the ground. We have tons of fitness classes that are unlike what you get at the gym. Our fitness classes are fun, up-beat and will leave you sweaty and ready for more. All fitness classes are perfect for first timers of all fitness levels!
Please note that only certain drop in classes are available to new students. If you are new to Phoenix Flight Studio, but have previous pole experience, email info@phoenixflightstudio.com to determine the appropriate level and classes for you.
